User Data Deletion
You can request deletion of account data associated with your MellowPrint customer account, including accounts created through Facebook or Google login.
Request Deletion
To request deletion of your account data, email us at support@mellowprint.in or contact us through the Contact Us page. Please use the same email address linked to your MellowPrint account wherever possible.
What To Send
Include your registered email address, name, and a short message saying that you want your MellowPrint account data deleted. If your account was created with Facebook login, mention that in the request.
What We Delete
We will delete or anonymise customer profile details where applicable, including login profile data received from Facebook or Google, saved contact details and account profile information.
Order Records
Some order, payment, invoice, tax, fraud prevention or delivery records may be retained where required for legal, accounting, dispute resolution or business record purposes.
